Stephanie Doria represents clients in employment law matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract, whistleblower/retaliation, leave of absence claims, wage and hour matters, and class action litigation. 

Stephanie has substantial experience in all stages of employment litigation, including trial.  She has represented clients in binding arbitration and in proceedings in front of the Fair Employment and Housing Commission, in each case obtaining judgment on behalf of her client.  She also has considerable appellate experience; she was counsel of record on several matters in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and has argued before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Stephanie was admitted to the California State Bar in 1998.  She received her J.D. degree in 1998, with great distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and was selected for membership in the Order of the Coif.  While at McGeorge, Stephanie served as a contributing author and comment editor for the McGeorge Law Review.  Prior to forming RHDT, Stephanie was a senior associate in the employment law department of Paul, Hastings , Janofsky & Walker LLP, one of the country's premier law firms in the area of employment law.  

Stephanie is a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.  She recently participated as a speaker in the California Lawyer magazine's Employment Law Roundtable series.
