While attending law school, Zachary completed legal internships with the Bay Area employment law firms Rudy, Exelrod & Zieff and Leonard Carder, as well as with the Liberty organization in London , England . In 2003, Zachary was admitted to the State Bar of California, the Northern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
