Whitney Stark is an associate attorney with extensive experience in complex litigation, including employment, consumer, and civil rights cases.  Her practice emphasis is in employment and consumer protection actions.  Whitney has litigated numerous class actions resulting in substantial recoveries for consumers and employees.  Prior to joining Rukin, Hyland, Doria & Tindall, Whitney was an associate at the Sturdevant Law Firm where she focused on consumer rights cases.  She has also litigated fair housing and predatory lending cases at the Fair Housing Law Project. 

Whitney received her B.A. from Vassar College in 1998 and her J.D. degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2004.   In addition to her practice, Whitney serves on the Board of Directors of General Assistance Advocacy Project (GAAP), a legal services organization servicing low-income and homeless clients in San Francisco.
