On November 15, 2011, Peter Rukin will moderate a brownbag lunch panel for the Bar Association of San Francisco entitled "Proceed with Caution: Ethical Issues of Joint Representation in an Employment Context: What Management and Employee Counsel Need to Know." On November 30, 2011, Peter Rukin will participate in a Law Seminars International Telebriefing on the practical implications of California's new Worker Misclassification Law.

On October 21, 2011, Peter Rukin discussed "Ethical Issues In Representing Workers In Wage & Hour Actions" at this year's National Employment Law Association Conference in Washington, D.C.

On August 17, 2011, Peter Rukin moderated a panel on mediation and settlement for the State Bar of California Labor and Employment Law Section's first annual Class Action Wage and Hour Conference.

Peter Rukin joined Michael Broad and Patrick Kitchin at the Alameda County Bar Association on August 25, 2011 to talk about wage and hour employee classification issues.

Steven Tindall spoke on April 17, 2009 at the Boalt Hall School of Law in Berkeley, California, on the topic of working in private practice for the public interest.

Steven Tindall spoke on a panel at Practicing Law Institute's Annual Institute on Employment Law on October 2, 2009. The panel was entitled "Class Actions and Pattern/Practice Claims."
